1. DEFINITIONS.
This Privacy Policy (herein referred to as “Policy”) explains how Sowing Seeds Education, Advocacy & Consulting LLC (herein referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes Personal Data that we collect from you (herein referred to as the “Subscriber”) as a Controller.
1. DEFINITIONS.
(a) “Controller” means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body, which alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data.
(b) “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”). (c) “Service(s)” means Parenting Classes, Child Development Consulting, IEP & IFSP Consultation and Advocacy, "Mommy & Me" Workshops.
(i) “Subscriber” means the natural or legal person who has subscribed to the Service(s) by agreeing to the Terms. (ii) “Terms” means the binding contract between the Company and Subscriber that governs the Subscriber's access and use of the Service(s).

2. DATA COLLECTION.
Data is collected in two ways: actively (when users voluntarily submit data,) and automatically (via tracking technologies) We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. 3. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.
(a) The Company processes the Subscriber’s Personal Data to Data collections that act as behind-the-scenes data bases that store and organize website content. Collections allow visitors to submit information directly to our database. Wix automatically provisions specialized collections for business tools and online stores. Customer data such as member accounts, order histories, and form submissions fuel business analytics and customer service. Built in third party apps automatically log, cache, and retrieve app settings or user preferences in these collections. The purpose of collecting personal data is to create dynamic, data driven website experiences, gather visitor information, and manage business operations. We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes: To provide and operate the Services; To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support; To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages; To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services; To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
(b) The Company will generally collect Personal Data from Subscribers only where it needs to create a contract with the Subscriber, where the processing is in the Company’s legitimate interests and not overridden by the Subscriber’s data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms, or where the Company has the Subscriber’s consent. In some cases, the Company may also have a legal obligation to collect Personal Data from the Subscriber.
(c) If the Company processes Personal Data with the Subscriber’s consent, the Subscriber may withdraw their consent at any time.
SHARING, RETAINING & SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
4. SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA.
The section describes how the Company shares Personal Data. It is shared with group companies and third-party providers for services, updates, and order processing. Data helps prevent fraud, target ads, and deliver analytics. Third parties like payment and shipping providers use data for transactions and support. Data sharing supports website functions and services.
(a) The Subscriber acknowledges that the Company may share the Subscriber’s Personal Data with its group companies and third-party service providers to offer the Subscriber the Company’s Service(s) and/or send information or updates about the Service(s).
(b) When the Company processes the Subscriber’s order, it may send the Subscriber’s Personal Data and use the resulting information from credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
(c) The Company shares Personal Data in the following instances: to operate core website functions, enable target advertising, and deliver analytics. Some key purposes for data sharing are to deliver cross-context behavioral advertising and personalized promotions. Third party analytics tools receive data to help website owners understand site traffic, identify errors, and evaluate the
effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Data is shared with third-party service providers (such as payment gateways, shipping providers, or security services) to process transactions, manage user accounts, and provide technical support.
5. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA.
(a) Company retains the Personal Data when an ongoing legitimate business requires retention of such Personal Data.
(b) In the absence of a need to retain Personal Data, the Company will either delete or aggregate it. If this is not possible, the Company will securely store your Personal Data and isolate it from any further processing until it is deleted.
